
In talking about quality, we are talking about the employees. If we wish to manage quality, we need to define it as "conformity with the requirements", while these need to be clearly defined so that they can be understood correctly.
Control of the conformity with the requirements is conducted based on constant measurements. These need to be conducted for all to see, as they represent evident proof of improvement and recognition of achievement. Quality can be assured only by motivating people to better perform the useful tasks, which they should have done the first time.
Assuring quality is the task of all employees, so all must participate in order to achieve the set objectives.
Our goal is an annual decrease of reject, thus consequently increasing quality and the "0 ppm strategy".
